Please note: Hosts are required to provide sturdy table(s) and one chair per guest. All other tools and materials are supplied.

Any items that are used or were borrowed will be taken away at the conclusion of the event. We will clean up the space and leave it how we found it, if not better.

Workshop Duration:
Each jewellery-making session runs for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on group size and designs chosen.

Travel & Setup:
These workshops are fully mobile — we bring all tools, materials, and stamping magic to you!

Available within 15 km of Bondi Beach, NSW
Travel within this area is included.
For bookings beyond 15 km, an additional travel fee applies (quoted on request).

Important:
The host is required to provide sturdy table(s) and one chair per guest.If you're unsure about setup or space, just reach out — we are happy to guide you.

By booking a jewellery workshop with Verona Studios, you agree to the following terms:

1. Location & Travel

• Workshops are available within 15km of Bondi Beach, Sydney, NSW.
• Bookings made outside this zone are subject to an additional travel fee, quoted upon booking.
• If you do not agree to the travel fee, the booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.
• The host must provide a sturdy table (or tables) and one chair per guest for the workshop setup.

2. Minimum & Maximum Guests

• Minimum of 6 guests per workshop.
• Maximum of 15 guests. Larger groups can be accomodated by request only.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials are pre-purchased and time is reserved.
• In case of illness or emergencies, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.

4. Weather & Access

• If the workshop is held outdoors, please ensure a covered area is available in case of rain or wind.
• Ensure clear access to the location for setup at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

5. Conduct & Safety

• All tools and materials will be provided and safety instructions will be given at the start.
• Guests participate at their own risk and are expected to follow all safety guidance provided.
• Verona Studios is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the workshop due to misuse of tools or negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

• Designs, materials, and teaching methods provided in the workshop remain the property of Verona Studios and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Photography & Social Media

• We may photograph your event for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
• You’re encouraged to share your experience and tag us on social media!
